Here's how you set up an authenticator app:

  1. Go to your app store on your phone or tablet and download the authenticator app of your choice. You can use any authenticator as a way to create an account and sign in to MyEnfuce.
  2. Open the authenticator and scan the QR code on the screen.
  3. Write the number displayed on the authenticator app to the 'Authentication code' field and click confirm.
  4. When you sign in to MyEnfuce from now on, you will always be asked to enter a verification code. You can find this in your authenticator app.
